*Important Note-Before starting the diagnosis process, verify that the ECM calibration is up to date. An outdated ECM calibration can lead to issues with sensors and modules.
1. Inspect the air filter and check for any obstructions in the air intake. Replace the filter if it is clogged.
2. Examine the intake system for any leaks, including the inlet piping and turbo components.
3. Inspect the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) for leaks and damage, paying particular attention to the inlet, outlet, and the center cooling fins. If no visible leaks are detected, conduct a leak test on the CAC.
4. Check the Exhaust Gas Pressure sensor piping for any damage. Ensure there are no cracks or blockages.
