*Important Note-Before starting the diagnosis process, verify that the ECM calibration is up to date. An outdated ECM calibration can lead to issues with sensors and modules.
1. Check the turbo intake temperature sensor at the engine wiring harness by connecting a jumper wire between the SIGNAL pin and RETURN pin. Replace the sensor if code 692 is triggered.
2. Test the turbo intake temperature sensor at the ECM by placing a jumper wire between the SIGNAL pin and RETURN pin. If code 692 appears, the problem lies within the engine wiring harness.
